Sick. Again. I can't believe it. Maybe it's because I've been sleep deprived. I have been exhausting myself so much lately and I'm sure that has something to do with it. School, work, homework, gym, cleaning. I have had no time for myself. And on top of it, I've been having trouble sleeping. My anxiety will be the death of me. So that is the inspiration of this photo: sleep deprivation. P.s. There will be many levitation photos in this project. Because I love them.
There are many meditation tapes out there, Roy Masters being one meditation expert . I would listen to his tape and taught myself how to relax when going to bed and setting my mind free. There was always something to stress about with raising 6 kids, living with an alcoholic, workaholic, fighting teens on drugs and working split shifts. Time out for self was rarely an option but somehow we manage through the roughest of times.
ReplyDeleteLong hot bathes, soothing Chamomile teas, lost of fluids, make yourself homemade trail mix, always carry a a small cooler in your car for a handy banana, apple and other healthy stuff. Make sure you take vitamin D, 1000 mg, 2 a day to help your immune system and go on the internet to see what other vitamins are good for your immune system or visit a health food store and talk to someone there.
Then there is the week off from everything to visit Grandma for some serious R&R...
